Item Shield
Shields can only be equipped when using certain weapon types. With a shield equipped, you are able to parry attacks, and your dodge becomes a roll. When shield-compatible weapon types are used without a shield, you will use a dodge step that allows for more effective evasion. The speed of standard attacks also increases.
